Elevated Accounting & Finance ("we," "us," "the firm") is a Certified Public Accounting firm and Registered Investment Advisor. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it — including information collected through our text message (SMS) program.

  • Contact information you or our staff provide, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
  • Account and financial information you provide to us or authorize us to access in the course of providing accounting, tax, and advisory services.

We use your information only for the purposes described above. Messages sent through our SMS program are transactional account communications, not marketing.

Consent is captured during staff-mediated onboarding: a member of our staff adds your mobile number to your account only after you have given verbal or written consent to receive text messages from the firm about your account. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the firm and deliver services (for example, our messaging provider), and only as needed for them to perform those services, or where required by law.

How we protect information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. Access to client information is limited to authorized personnel.
